For anyone with a quartz or mechanical watch with a physical address in Switzerland.

You benefit from a top-quality watchmaking service at a very competitive price, and you don't have to go anywhere.

On average, it takes 18 months, but not less than a year.

We use Energizer button cell batteries, which we believe are the best performing on the market.

This is the EOL (End Of Life) function, which tells you that your watch's battery is about to run out and needs changing.

You will be notified immediately and offered a choice. From the available measures, you will be given a free estimate for refurbishment. Please note that a refurbishment will extend the delivery time.

On receipt of your watch, before any work is carried out in our workshop, it will undergo a water-resistance test to a maximum of 10 bar (100 meters). Once the battery has been changed, it will undergo a second test. In the battery change report, you'll receive full water-resistance information. Even if your watch passes both water-resistance tests, our service does not guarantee it.

To my kind customers,

The Watch-House closes its doors at the Grand-Pont in Lausanne and relocates. The official closing date is November 29, 2024. To continue working with Watch-House, you can find us on the web at www.watch-house.ch. I'll continue to serve you remotely.

The news came very quickly, and organizing the move has not been easy. For those of you who have a watch at Watch-House, whether it's a small repair, a quotation to confirm, an overhaul to pick up or any other situation, I invite you to get in touch with me so that I can explain how to repossess your timepiece.

In the next ten days or so, the phone number, which will not change, will be available again, or you can e-mail me at : watch- house@bluewin.ch to which I will respond to the best of my ability during the move.

It has been a real pleasure to repair mounts in Lausanne over the past nine years. I'd like to thank you all for the confidence you've shown in me through the difficulties we've had to face.
