We take this mark of trust very seriously and make it our priority to assure you of the utmost confidentiality and security regarding your Personal Data.

- Timepieces Watch or clock on which the Customer wishes the Company to intervene.
- Data controller The person who decides on the purpose and content of the file and who is responsible for Processing.
- Service(s) The watchmaking services offered on the Site, in particular the repair, restoration, cleaning, battery change, overhaul, glass polishing or replacement, strap shortening or repair, strap sale, water-resistance check, crown or stem-crown replacement of the User's timepiece(s) in return for payment by the Company.

- Treatment (or "Treat") Any operation relating to Personal Data - whatever the means and processes used - in particular the collection, conservation, exploitation, modification, safeguarding, use, communication, archiving, storage or destruction of data. Please note that the verb "to process" refers to one of the aforementioned operations and is used generically in this Policy.
- User Any individual or legal entity using the website provided by WATCHOUSE Sàrl and making use of the services offered by this company.
- Visitor Any individual or legal entity browsing the website provided by WATCHOUSE Sàrl.
Data controller
WATCHOUSE Sàrl, Rue du Grand-Pont 4, 1003 Lausanne, is responsible for processing the personal data of Site Users.
Policy goal
The purpose of the Policy is to specify the procedures applicable to the Processing of your Personal Data.
The Policy applies to all use of the Site, regardless of the manner or means used. It details the conditions under which, when you use the Site, the Data Controller may Process your Personal Data.
Consent
By using or visiting the Site as a User (hereinafter referred to as "you"), you consent to the Site Editor, as the Data Controller, collecting and processing Personal Data about you as defined in this Policy.

By submitting your Time Guard to us, you expressly agree that your Data may be used for the provision of the Services and the performance of the contract binding you to the Site Publisher.
Policy modification
The Site Publisher reserves the right to make changes to this Privacy Policy. If so, you will be informed by e-mail or by notification and your consent to such changes will be required. If you do not agree with these changes, you may no longer access the Site and/or request the Site Editor to delete your Personal Data. In this case, we assure you of the portability of your Personal Data.
Data that may be collected
Visit
data provided by the User
As a User of the Site, if you wish to use the Services, you will be asked to provide "registration" Personal Data, in particular in connection with :

- your telephone number ;
- the model and brand of the timepiece(s) you wish to entrust to us, as well as the year and place of purchase;
- any extended periods of inactivity of the Timekeeper(s); and
- any timepiece warranty still valid.
By using the Site Services, you agree that we may Process your Registration Data for billing purposes and in order to return your Timepiece to you after repairs have been approved by you in advance (in writing or orally).
Personal Data Processed in connection with the use of the Site or by electronic mail
When you access, visit or browse the Site, the Site server automatically records details of your access and actions. This includes:
- the date and time of your visit ;
- the browser you are using ;
- your IP address ;
- place and time of connection ;
- the volume of data transmitted ;
- links you could follow ;
- the web pages and content you visit; and
- the duration of such a consultation.

Personal Data Processed through electronic communication protocols
In addition to the above, the Site Editor may Process information relating to your use of the Site through electronic communications protocols. The Site Editor will receive from you information related to your connection, such as network routing information (the location from which you are connecting), information about your equipment (the browser you are using), and the time and day of your connection.
Personal Data Processed in connection with the Customer's payment(s)
The Company does not have access to the information provided in connection with online payment for the Services.
However, you may transmit encrypted Payment Data via the Site, including (without limitation) credit card information such as :
- type of credit card ;
- name of credit card holder ;
- credit card number ;
- expiry date ;
- CVM.
Customer payments by credit card are processed by the payment provider SIX Group Ltd, Hardturmstrasse 201, 8005 Zurich, under its sole responsibility.
We do not have access to credit card numbers. For all credit card payments, the payment service provider SIX Group Ltd uses a secure payment system, SSL. The payment data you provide is encrypted before being sent to the server of the payment service provider SIX Group Ltd.
The payment service provider SIX Group Ltd is solely responsible for processing credit card payments.
The general terms and conditions and privacy policy of the payment service provider SIX Group Ltd apply exclusively to this Payment Data.
We do not act as a financial intermediary or payment service provider for transactions that take place via the Site, which are processed by the payment service provider SIX Group Ltd.
You consent to the Company processing payments through external payment service providers and transmitting your Personal Data to such providers for the sole purpose of completing the transaction.
You expressly agree to send your Payment Data to the payment service provider SIX Group Ltd, and to send any information requested by the latter.
You expressly agree to comply with the general terms and conditions of the payment service provider SIX Group Ltd, the company responsible for processing the payment, to pay it the commission provided for this purpose and to grant it all the banking authorizations necessary to make the payment with your credit or bank card.
The Company is not responsible for the content of the privacy policy and general terms and conditions of the payment service provider SIX Group Ltd.
Your card transaction
Credit card transactions are made at your own risk. The Company shall in no event be liable for any delay in the bank authorization of your credit card or for any damage or loss that may occur in connection with the credit card transaction made through the Site.
User payments can also be made via the PostFinance SA and TWINT SA platforms. The general terms and conditions and privacy policies of these companies apply exclusively to Users using their services.
Uses of your Personal Data

In particular, We Process your Geographical Location Data in order to ensure that the Services will not be used in a country/area where it is expressly prohibited to use the Site in order to ensure that no legal action is taken against the Company.
This Personal Data is also used to ensure compliance with the General Terms and Conditions of Use of the Site and the General Terms and Conditions of Services. Contract
By entering into a contract with our Company through the Site, you understand that we Process your Personal Data to perform the principal contract (including to communicate with you and charge your credit card).
Your Personal Data is absolutely essential for the performance of the contractual relationship between you and the Company.
By providing us with your Personal Data, you understand and agree that without it, we are unable to provide you with the Services.
You also understand that this Personal Data enables us to provide you with personalized support and to offer you Services tailored to your needs.
You consent to us Processing your Personal Data for the conclusion and performance of the contract between us.

To subcontractors

To meet a legal obligation or defend our rights
Your Personal Data may also be shared to respond to requests from legitimate governmental authorities or when required by applicable law, court order or government regulation, as well as when deemed appropriate for audits or to investigate or respond to a security claim or threat, or otherwise to defend the interests of the Site Publisher.
Hosting your Personal Data
The Site Editor undertakes not to transfer them to other companies located abroad without obtaining your prior consent or sufficient contractual guarantees.

Applicable law and jurisdiction
The Policy and all matters arising therefrom or in connection therewith (including non-contractual disputes or claims and their interpretation) shall be governed by Swiss law, to the exclusion of conflict of law rules.
All disputes, claims or differences between a User and the Site Publisher arising out of or in connection with this Policy shall be submitted exclusively to the competent courts of Lausanne, Switzerland, subject to appeal to the Swiss Federal Court.
