You fill in an online form and choose your battery relpacement service. The unique payment takes place online and includes all costs.

Wrap your watch up

Within 24 hours you recive a package at home that will allow you to wrap up your watch easily. Then you stick the pre paid shipping label delivered with the box.

Send your watch

You make your way to any post office and drop your package.

Get your watch back

In our workshop in Lausanne, your watch is professionally taken care of and is send back within 3 to 4 days.

The mailling of your watch is insured up to 30’000 CHF

The insurence costs are included in the final price.
